I am working on a 24 hour marathon today. I started about 90 minutes ago. My goal for today: 50,000 words TODAY.
Crazy, I know.
But I did it in July, and I am determined to do it today, too. It would really help me get closer to my goal of 104,200. Otherwise, there’s no way I’ll make it.

The weekend was rough, and even into this week. I wrote every day, but some days were 4 words and some were 22 words. That was all I could manage, and I didn’t even open my laptop.

Halfway there! ❤ We can do this! Don’t lose heart. This was not my best day, not in terms of writing, emotions, or anything else. But, here we are. I wrote some words and used some of the crappy parts of my day as challenges my characters are facing. Thanks for reading!

I made great progress today! I spent four hours at a write-in and I managed to push to halfway to 50k! I’m excited about my progress, but I know that things are going to slow down now. 
My personal life is getting busy, so we’ll see what happens! I know that I can make it to 50k before the end of the month, but we’ll see how well I hit my stretch goal.

One week in. How are YOU doing?
I am definitely not as far along as I would like to be to reach my goal. I was hoping to get to about 50k by the 15th, which puts me essentially on track. I have another week to get there, but it’s a very busy week and I’m not even at 25k, which is where I would like to be. So, we’ll see what happens! But I’m determined to get it done!
