“You know,” Aralyn said, “I don’t see any problem with being the Nightlife. I mean, that’s essentially being the life of the party, right?” She grinned up at him.

“Yeah,” Sevy replied. “Ready to strip down and get in a Jacuzzi?”

Aralyn took a deep breath and then said, “Yes, let’s do it.”

They got up from the bar and moved toward the hot tub in the middle of the room. Sevy stood next to it and whispered, “After you,” he murmured to Aralyn.

She raised an eyebrow at him but decided that she should go for it. It was hard for her to strip naked right there with all those people around but she decided that if she could focus her attention on Sevy, she could handle it. She locked eyes with him and pulled her skimpy shirt over her head. Her skirt and panties quickly followed. She tossed them on a rack that was hanging next to the tub.

Sevy was looking at her appraisingly. He seemed surprised that she was going along with it. She smiled at him sheepishly and then turned toward the hot tub. “I’m getting in,” she said, and she climbed the short staircase and into the hot water.

Sevy followed suit and quickly joined her in the hot water.

“This is nice,” he murmured. He pulled Aralyn close to him until she was practically sitting on his lap.

“Yes it is,” she agreed. She rested her head against his shoulder and closed her eyes. When she opened them just a minute or two later, she realized that other people were disrobing and getting into the other hot tubs. Within five minutes, they had company getting in beside them.

“Told you,” Sevy whispered in her ear.

She looked up at him. “I have to admit that I was skeptical. It’s not that I didn’t believe you, it just seemed so wild that it would be true.” Aralyn’s nerves were making her talk too fast.

“I know,” he reassured her. “It does seem hard to believe, but it’s true. Once one person does it, the others follow quickly.” He appeared to be trying to whisper directly in her ear so their company couldn’t hear him. Aralyn was sure that it wasn’t good for business to let your customers know that you were herding them like sheep.
