How does the A to Z Challenge sneak up on me every year? One would think that as one of the hosts/organizers, I’d be prepared for it. And yet… the only year I was actually prepared was the year I wrote my A to Z posts as my NaNo project back in November and had months to edit and get them ready for publishing.
I intended to do that this year. Richard and I had planned to write 1,000,000 words in 2021, and we did it! I had a project in mind that I wanted to world build again. I asked Rebekah Loper if I could use her prompts to answer questions about my world like I did in 2020. (That seems unreal that it was only two years ago.) She agreed, which I appreciate, but I haven’t done any more than write two paragraphs of brainstorm for the world I wanted to create, and now it’s March…
But, Richard came to my rescue and came up with a great idea for how we can get it done together in the time we have. I’m going to write most of the world building bits, and Richard will write excerpts to go with them. I’m very much looking forward to getting back into writing (since I haven’t yet in 2022) and brainstorm this world with Richard’s ideas. I’m sure it’ll make for a much more rich world, and then I can write the novel!
Looking forward to getting started! If you’re writing for A to Z, let us know in the comments!

Happy Theme Reveal! 🙂 Wow! A million words! That’s quite the accomplishment. I love a good world building theme, I am sure you will make it happen. You still have three wees before April! 🙂 Cheers!

Wow! One million words?! That’s very impressive! I’m sure your A to Z posts will be a ‘breeze’ in comparison. 😏 I’m looking forward to reading about the world you are building.

I’ve decided to write about The Matrix (the first) move, but with a pretty unique spin on things. 😏 It should be a wild ride.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. I’m doing A to Z with Alliterative Stories for each letter. Glad I started preparing early… I’m only through F so far. But I’ll have them ready and fun to read! See ya in April! -SJK

Have fun doing worldbuilding this month! 1 million words it´s an impressive goal! how much of it have you managed so far? This year I´m doing haikus again. I´m still preparing my own writing prompts but I hope to have my calendar ready before April starts. 😀
