Hello readers! We’re here today to bring you the first in a returning series: Bloganuary! Honestly, we totally forgot about this until the email popped up from them today. Whoops! So, surprise, you get a little tidbit from (at least) one of us every day in January to kick off the year! But don’t worry, our other plans haven’t changed at all.
Bloganuary is a challenge to blog every day in January with a prompt from WordPress. The prompts don’t come out until almost the day of, so we have to write every day for it to work.

So here is the first installment. Day 1:
What is something you want to achieve this year?
Jayden:
I just wrote about this the other day! I have a thousand goals, always. There’s a never-ending list. I was debating copping out and just saying that, but I’m going to make an actual list so that I can look back at it at the end of the year.
Writing goals: Publish another novel, finish writing (and posting) the FemDom novella I’m starting on here on Friday, keep up with the blog plan (posting 3-4 times a week), participate in NaNoWriMo in November for sure, and maybe April and July, participate in the A to Z Blog Challenge, and keep our writing group going and move back in person.
Personal goals: I have been losing a lot of weight, and I want to continue doing so (and thanks to modern medicine, that’s likely to continue happening), but more than that, I want to be more active. I want to walk more and tone some of my muscles. Being able to walk more was a big part of why I started this weight loss journey, so I am looking forward to continuing it. I’ve already seen and felt the results, so I am excited about that. I am going to be taking more classes toward my Doctorate (I’m going to be finishing one and taking six more this year). And Richard and I are about to start a decluttering challenge to try to declutter our too-small apartment (or maybe we just have too much stuff). Stay tuned to find out? Maybe?
Richard: I’m excited (screw wanting, I’m crossing the finish line) to graduate with my Master’s this year. I also promised one of my friends I’d finish a novella I’ve had kicking around for a couple years, so I guess I better get that done.
I forgot until the email too! I too have a laundry list of goals but I’m trying to be more focused this year on just a few… easier said than done.

Definitely easier said than done! I wish I could focus on just one thing at a time!
