TMI Tuesday: December 31st

The author of TMI Tuesday has decided to end her reign, but we have decided to continue on, going back to the archives. We’re going to continue with 2013, and now we’re back on the same date, even (except we’re more than a few weeks behind. Oof.)! So here we are with an archived set of questions.

EAT IT

pork brains

1. If your sandwich is cut in half on the diagonal, creating two triangles do you bite the hypotenuse or the point?

Jayden: The point.

Richard: Hypotenuse for love sandwiches!

2. Dipping a tortilla chip– do you dip the tip or the side of the chip to scoop the dip?

Jayden: The tip (or I just use scoops!)

Richard: Side is scoopier.

3. Do you think you drink too much coffee? How much do you drink daily? What is a “cup” of coffee to you–how many ounces/grams?

Jayden: Nope. I don’t drink any coffee at all.

Richard:  Non-ish.

4. Do you take cream in your tea? How many sugars?

Jayden: Sometimes. It depends on the tea, but always splenda (2-3).

Richard: Usually no cream, but a generous dob of honey.

5. How do you eat a burrito?
a. Pick it up with your hands, bite into an end.
b. Cut it in half, then pick up one half and eat it.
c. Eat it with a fork and knife
d. Open the tortilla, eat the food inside and eat the tortilla last.
e. Other

Jayden: A.

Richard: A.

6. Pizza…How do you eat a slice?
a. Pick it up and eat it as an open slice.
b. Pick it up and fold it together, then bite into it.
c. Leave it on the plate and eat with a fork and knife.
e. I eat the crust first, then the rest of the slice.

…Why do you eat your pizza like that?

Jayden: Usually A, but if it’s too floppy, I’ll fold it or cut it until I can pick it up.

Richard: Usually A, but if it is a really floppy pizza then B. It’s just convenient.

Bonus: What is the weirdest thing that you are into?

Jayden: Golden showers? But probably that’s not that weird with my audience.

Richard: Classic literature?

Bonus, bonus: Do you care if your different foods, on a plate, touch each other? Yes!?! What’s that all about?

Jayden: I don’t like it, unless the foods go well together. I don’t want the tastes to get mixed.Richard: Not really. I did when I was a kid, though.

  1. I am so surprised by the number of people who are using the TMI prompts this way. I started out doing this as well soon after Hedone stopped adding. I think I might need to go back to it!
